Important: AI-generated reports are created by machine learning algorithms analyzing available data. They are not created by human fishing experts, though they are designed based on established fishing principles and tournament-proven strategies.

Free Tier

Our free tier provides limited access to AI Lake Intelligence Reports (typically 2 reports per user). No payment or account creation is required to use the free tier. Free tier limitations may change at our discretion.

Paid Tiers

Paid access to expanded AI report features is available through subscription or one-time purchases. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a paid tier, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Pay the stated price at the time of purchase
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Accept that prices are subject to change (existing subscriptions are honored at the original price until renewal)

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until their renewal date. We will provide notice of significant price changes.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our AI Lake Intelligence Reports, we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been delivered. However, we will provide refunds or credits in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failures: If our system fails to generate or deliver your report due to a technical error on our end
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same report
  • Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for an extended period during your subscription

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No refund will be provided for the unused portion of your current billing period

Acceptable Use

You agree to use BassFishingTips.net and our services in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You may NOT:
